Grantee REPORTING
- Frankenthaler Climate Initiative uses Energy Star® Portfolio Manager Reporting for reporting energy use and emissions. You will be able to submit regular reports on use and emissions through the Fluxx portal, as well as financial and brief narrative reports. FCI is interested in establishing or reinforcing energy monitoring even if the award cannot yet be tracked as reducing use and emissions. The attention to monitoring is important to those who do not yet do it, and easy for those who do. FCI requests recipients use EnergyStar PortfolioManager (ESPM).
- The below information is relevant to 2021 and 2022 FCI grantees. Reporting information for 2023 grantees is available here.

PROJECT COMPLETIONIf you have completed your project, please upload the optional, recommended project completion report. 2021 recipients: if this report is not visible, it is because the end date is missing. Please email info@frankenthalerclimateinitiative.org to notify us of your end date and we will then enable reporting for the Optional but Recommended Project Completion Report and 12- and 24-month post-project completion reports.
CHANGE IN PRIMARY CONTACT
If your organization's primary contact leaves or changes, please notify us by emailing info@frankenthalerclimateinitiative.org. The new contact will need to create a Fluxx account and we will need to adjust the Primary Contact on the grant.
